New Customer? Link to Online Customer Form?

The NetSuite created customer registration form that is found by "New Customer?" buttons (at checkout and a couple of other places) doesn't work for us. We have an online customer form that gathers the information we need - we're wholesale only and need to know more about a customer before we can set a price level.

Is there any way to change the link at "New Customer?" so our form is found?
