Last ditch effort- creative ways to attach screenshot to case using external caseform

I know I should give up, but is there any way that I could create on the external case form an ability to click a link to open a new online form where they could attach a screenshot?  My customers need to be able to attach screenshots but the online form that NS support is offering up requires design work and also it doesnt let them select themsevles from a list of contacts- which means I am going to end up with all sort of dead end duplicate contacts due to changes in the way they will spell their name,
