Unsubscribe Link in Email Template

Hiya,

I've created an email template that is sent when an online form is submitted. I've checked the 'Add Unsubscribe Link to Message Footer' on the NS Template but for some reason, this message appears twice in the footer of the email when it's sent out...

Why oh why?? any ideas anyone?
