E-mails - Why can't I see the bounce?

Ok, I've read the forums and it appears that people are getting one type or another of kickback/bounce notices on e-mails sent that aren't being received for various reasons.

Unfortunately we aren't getting ANY report or notice - regardless of the message being an e-campaign or just a normal email sent via NetSuite.

We email estimates/quotes, etc. to our customers, but never know 100% if they really received it ... which is not good.  For really important stuff, we have been sending the messages through Outlook and then either scan that email / attach to customer record or keep a separate log in a completely different program than NetSuite.
