Standardizing SOW and Proposal Attachments

We often have to send out SOWs with our proposals.  I'd like to find some way to make these consistant among the sales team, since currently everyone does it their own way.  Is there anything in NS that helps with this other than just storing templates the sales team can access?  I'm not sure if I am missing a feature that helps with this issue.  Thanks!
