We don't like how when customers reply to emails that were sent from NetSuite, the reply email address looks like the below:

transactions.1336140.23721_user_5036.828751cd25@transactions.netsuite.com

instead of:

xxx@elliptigo.com

I realize that this is so that NetSuite can track the conversation inside the system, but it confuses customers.

Our VP of Sales just spoke to someone from NetSuite at a tradeshow and they said that there is an easy work around so that the customer just sees the regular email address.  Can someone please send more information on the work around?
