How do I inactivate old CRMDSK email templates?
I am in the process of converting all of my email templates to the new scriptable format. Lots of fun here! When the template is converted, it creates an new template record and appends (converted) onto it. However, when I go back to the original template to try to check the inactive box, that option is not available on the old template. The list of templates we have was already pretty long, however by not being able to inactivate the old ones, it will be very confusing. Anyone figure this out yet? Delete is not an option because of child
