Order Confirmation E-mail template

Currently for one of my clients the Order Confirmation emails are not going out of netsuite, but a web-service...but now they need to trigger it from netsuite, Once an order is placed on the website an order confirmation email should be sent from netsuite. Regular Sales Order is triggering the email fine from the system but i think i would need to attach the template at the Set-up website page. where can i find the standard netsuite template that i could edit a bit and tag there. thanks in Advance.
