Can NetSuite handle Zip Code + 4?

In Ohio, multiple counties may span a single zip code.  In this case, Zip+4 would be a more accurate way to identify which tax group (differentiated by county) should be applied.  Does anyone know if zip+4 can be used in NetSuite, and if so, how?
