Software bugs not fixed if you dont buy support

I reported a bug in Version 2008 Release 1 which will mean that Netsuite is unusable for us if they switch to the new software.  I reported the bug and Net Return, the Australian representative of Netsuite refuses to look at the problem.
They say, Thank you for your email.

Innotek Australia declined our offer for On-Demand support.

Your company is not covered by a support contract.

As a consequence we will not process your inquiry.

I apologize for any inconvenience.

Please feel free to contact our sales department to discuss possible support options.

This is not the first time we have had responses like this to bug fixes. Pay up or else!!
