Cash sale question

Fulfilled and order and did save and bill which I normally don't do. It hung on the next screen so I reentered it to bill it on it's own but it already showed a cash sale. But it never did the prompt screen "charge this amount ok???"

Is there a way to "be sure" it went through and will actually charge the card?
