Checking Amount Left on a Purchase Order
Hopefully this is the right forum for this. We are a retailer who receives school purchase orders. Many times they are open line of credit, say for $1,000. And then the school will work their way through that purchase order through the year, in small orders. What I want to know is, how can I see the balance left on the purchase order by customer by P.O. #.
Example, They send in a $1,000 PO. Then spend part of it on three separate sales orders. We need to know how much is left on the PO without manually looking up orders and totaling the amounts. Thanks in advance.
