Defects that are classed as enhancements

edited Apr 1, 2010 4:26AM in Accounting / ERP 1 comment

Do you know whats really annoying, being told a defect is an enhancement!

A feature in 2008.2 was the addition of a system note being created when a pick ticket was printed. Yeah it works fine, but only the first time its printed. If you print it again it doesnt create a system note. So, i raised a case, and what a suprise, apparantly it was designed this way. Is it me or is the person who designed this missing a brain cell or two? Wouldnt you have thought to make a system note EVERY time it was printed, not just the first.

Howdy, Stranger!
