We have been asking Netsuite for Assembly Matrix Items for many years now with no response and STILL no solution. Matrix items are very powerful for obvious reasons but they cannot track inventory of parts used to assemble items. If we create an Assembly Item, we lose all the benefit of matrix functionality.
