Dropship returns
Hello,
We only do dropship orders.
Yet when a customer returns a dropship item, Netsuite doesn't really have a proper way to deal with this.
Returned orders set as dropship can only be written off into a nominal account.
Yet in practice, customers return goods to us, and we return back to the manufacturer for replacement.
Does anyone know how we can process this correctly?
