Help finding transactions

Trying to run a search for specific transactions, but I can't seem to figure out how to get what I need.  What I'm looking for are item fulfillments that span over a month ending.  So if an order shipped on 1/31 but wasn't invoiced until 2/1 I need to see that.

I thought I could just run a search for invoices and include the related fulfillment date, but that date was always blank.

Anyone have any advice?
