Keeping track of committee budgets in expense reports
Employees are a part of a social committee and have a specific budget for the year. As they turn in expense reports for the purchases they make, how are we able to keep track of their spending within the expense reports? It is multiple employees within the committee, so we are unable to set a limit to an individual's expenses.
