Fixing Bin Quantities?

We currently have some items that show an incorrect amount in the bins that doesn't match the on hand quantity.  This is due to a number of reasons, but basically NetSuite says we have more in the bin than we actually have on hand. 

How the heck can I fix this?

Inventory adjustments can only be done to the quantity on hand, and it appears as though the bin quantity cannot be edited through any other type of adjustment.  Anyone have any advice?
