Invalid Canadian Tax Code

Hi,

On enabling item line shipping, setting the "shipcarrier" and "shipmethod" then on saving the Sales Order I am getting this error "Invalid Canadian Tax Code: End of Group".

Any suggestions/solution for catering this error.
