I'm checking to see if anyone out here has experience with outside vendors that assist with receiving and entering bills. I am looking at a few options: AvidXchange and DocuPeak Webiplex. They will scan and import data from our bills and then allow us to code and approve them. They will then feed the data into Net Suite. We like the concept because it will allow for easy recall of invoice images when approving and also provide an organized paperless storage system. Does anyone have experience with either of these companies or a similar product?
