How to Dafault 'delay rev rec' flag on the line

HI -
We're using Contract Renewals and want to have our "Delay Rev Rec" flag default to "YES" for every item we add to the Order.

I am sure there's a way to do this, but I can't find it.

I hope someone can help, please!
