Filter out Prospects in Accounting transcations

One of our subsidiaries is using Prospects.  When they enter accounting transactions, Prospects are included in the list.  They are not invoicing Prospects and would like them filtered out.  I know they can be filtered by Stage in a saved search.  How can they be filtered out of the list when entering invoices?
