Shipping cost on invoices

Hi

We have a problem whereby a shipping cost is appearing on the invoice, even though we have removed the shipping cost in the sales order.

Here are the tests we have done:

1) We removed the shipping charge then fulfilled the order before invoicing the sales order - the shipping cost was showing as 0 in this case.Tried removing shipping charge then fulfilling and invoicing the SO - delivery charge was 0 on the invoice.

2) We then tried fulfilling the order and then removing the shipping cost before invoicing the sales order - the shipping charge on the invoice remained as 5. Could anyone let us know why this is, or is this just the behavior of NetSuite?
