Can't Update AVG Cost Lot Item

Hi.

We have issue can't update avg cost lot item. My sales Team drop wrong cost on PO and WH do receive and sent order to customer complete. When end month Accounting Team want adjust cost.
I recommend Accounting Team use function Adjust inventory for remove QTY / Remove wrong cost and do adjust add QTY / New Cost again. But this solution it make more time and impact Operation team / Sales Team.

Impact Case :

1. We have API syncs stock to website. When accounting want do Adjust inventory we turn off sync API stock. it make stock on website not update.
2. When Item not have stock we cannot do Adjust inventory for remove QTY / Remove wrong cost. it make it keep old cost to report
