Subscriptions / Renewals / Co-terming Options for NetSuite
We are increasingly selling support or licensing subscriptions (typically for periods of 1-5 years) as part of our hardware offerings and are looking for the most effective means to manage them in terms of tracking, automating renewals, co-terming any addons mid-contract, reporting etc.
We have looked at SuiteBilling and wanted to get some feedback on how well this works and how easy it is to set up and administer.
We are also open to your recommendations on which off the shelf solutions we should also be considering.
