I need more than 60 characters for the Item Name/Number field. Do you?
I need the ability to enter more than 60 characters for the Item Name/Number and Display Name/Code. We have to truncate part numbers which creates confusion and makes mistakes more likely. My company is just getting deeper and deeper into messy data. 100 characters would be able to handle my part numbers. Please vote and comment on Enhancement 17027 if you also need more characters.
