Problem Importing Shipping Item in 2009 R2?

We are currently in our implementation of NetSuite and have just been switched over to 2009 R2 as of last Saturday.

Last week I was able to import customer records just fine. Now, this week I get an error on every customer record I try to import that has a value defined for the "Shipping Item" field (key: shippingitem).

The error simply says: "Invalid shippingitem reference key UPS Ground". It says this for all shipping items, not just UPS Ground. I have verified the existence and spelling of the values... they are valid and they do match.

Is this a problem in 2009 R2?
