Finance Notes field not being populated on an invoice

edited Dec 3, 2019 1:12PM in Account Administration 1 comment

Hi All,

I'm doing some csv uploads of invoices into our system.  When the invoice is created, all the fields on the invoice template have updated correctly, with the exception of the Finance Notes field.  For some reason, even though it has been mapped correctly, and even though there are values in the csv file, no values appear on the invoice in NetSuite.  It makes no difference if the invoice is a single line invoice or multiple lines.

The text that I'm trying to input isn't very long either.

I've had a quick look at the set up of the Finance Notes field as it's a custom field, and it appears that it was created as a Rich Text field rather than a Long Text field.  Might this be the reason why values aren't being populated when importing via csv?

Howdy, Stranger!
