Sandbox Roles

We just refreshed our Sandbox and transitioned it to system.netsuite.com so now we switch to the Sandbox by changing roles.

We chose "Administrators Only" for the refresh as we did not want everyone to have access to the Sandbox. For our Administrators, only our Administrator role moved to the Sandbox.

How do I give access to the Sandbox to only select people, who are not Administrators? How can I add or move other roles in the Sandbox for select users or Admin? As and Admin I'd like to have other roles in the Sandbox but don't want to give access to everyone. We also have some developers I'd like to give Sandbox access to, but not access to our Production Account, how do we do that now?
