Employee advances Multicurrency

We are a Latin America company, as many in latin america, we use USD and our currency on many transactions.
On advances to employees in order to give it in USD, we would have to create an employee with usd currency and one on our currency. just like customer I guess. But on employee we do not have the option to select a currency.

Do you see another way we could do this.
