Undeposited Funds Button De-selecting during Accept Payment Process
Transaction>Payment>Accept Payments
1. Choose Customer
2. Select Undeposited Funds
3. Enter Payment Amount
4. Select Payment Method – THIS is the step that causes the Undeposited Funds button to deselect
5. Enter In Check # etc
6. RE-SELECT Undeposited Funds
7. Save
I know this does not sound like a big deal but on top of all of the other Payment application issues see CASE number 635028 – In progress since October 07… and this thread https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=8815&highlight=dollar corresponding to 635036 which, by the way, has been closed yet both the problems brought up in the case continue to exist. ( My workarounds still work though
