Credit Hold ON not working
Has anyone else noticed that the Credit Hold feature does not seem to be working. I just set a customer to Credit Hold ON, and also set the Credit Limit to $0. The system still lets me create a Sales Order to that customer and save it. However, when we go to fulfill it, it stops us and tells our warehouse it has exceeded the credit limit. I thought in the past it stopped us at the Sales Order stage.
Can anybody confirm this before I report it to support?
Thanks.
