Can we modify the email template that goes to a customer?

I have created my own templates for emails - but when I generate statements, and click on the "email" button - the email automatically goes to the email address that is in the main body of the customer (which is okay for us) - but there is a generic template that goes along with this  (pleaase open the attached file to view your Statement)....to view this attachment......

Is there a way that I can modify this?  i've been searching thru the suiteanswers, and can't find it.
