SuiteScript on web transactions / bulk actions

I am trying to deploy a user event script that will assign a class to new web orders. The script is working fine when the transaction is saved by a user on the UI, but is not being triggered when an order is received from the website.

Is there a way to make SuiteScript look at web store orders for deployment?

Also, I noticed that SuiteScripts are not triggered by bulk actions [fulfill, bill etc]. Is that the case? is there a way to trigger scripts on bulk actions?
