Finding a NetSuite Consultant to Write a Script

How do I go about finding a consultant to write NetSuite scripts for us? We've never done any scripting, but now have a need.

We're interested in a script that will replace the default e-mail addresses in an invoice or cash sale (that currently comes from the standard e-mail address field in a sales order), with e-mail addresses in a custom field in the sales order. With this functionality we'd be able to have sales order e-mails go to one set of recipients and invoice e-mails go to a second set of recipients.
