Client or Server script to work with the 'escalatee' list on a case
I need to escalate a case to a specific employee (add them to the escalatee list) when certain fields are selected. I've tried a couple different ways to get access to this list but so far I'm not finding it.
Anyone know if it's possible to add, remove, etc to the escalate to list from client (preferred) or server script?
