Is anyone noticing problems with scripts since 2007.1?

I have a client who is experiencing a number of issues with scripts no properly handling field events or sourcing results on changes to sourced records that were working prior to 2007.1. I didn't think there were any changes that would cause this but can't ignore the coincidence either.
