no search filter for SalesORder.Entity?

I'm trying to run a search for sales orders for a specific customer.  Without checking the docs I tried 'entity' but quickly received an error.  So I checked the docs and it appears there is no search field for a Sales Order's customer.

This can't be correct, I'm missing something I'm sure...  Anyone have a hint for me?
