How to get a file´s URL searching by file name?

When i upload an .js file using file cabinet, the system creates an URL for that file.
I need to use the URL inside my SuiteScript Client code.

Is there a way to retrive the file´s URL searching by it´s name?


Example:
I upload a file called "JeUtil.js" with File Cabinet.

The system creates an URL like this

https://system.netsuite.com/core/media/media.nl?id=45amp;c=TSTDRV367615&h=3ae8be616c2f954a243b&_xt=.js


I need to obtain the URL above searching by it´s name. "JeUtil.js"

Is it possible?????
