Hello,

My boss cringes every time I want to add a custom script to any forms to do simple things such as auto fill certain fields. He heard from a consultant (who will remain nameless for obvious reasons) that adding custom scripts is a bad idea, because when Netsuite releases an update it may "break" the script.

My question is... is there any validity to this? I am sure that it is possible, but how often would/does this occur?
