Troubleshoot "Stop running script" warning?

Anyone else seeing this error message? Just did a quick search and found tons of articles regarding this error message popup window, all stating it is an IE settings issue.

So is there anyway to pinpoint which script is causing IE7 to prompt the "Stop running this script?" warning message?
