Custom HTML template vs Default template
I have created a Custom HTML template for an online Case form, and for some reason the scripts that run fine on a default template, do not 'set' or 'get' functions on the custom one. The good news is that the alerts below pop up, but there must be something missing in the template. Yes, I do have the <NLFORM> in there and it looks like NetSuite has put all it's hidden fields and stuff in it.
