Does nlapiScheduleScript need a specific permission?

I'm getting a script error from a new custom Role that I created.  The error is being thrown when nlapiScheduleScript is called.

You do not have privileges to perform this operation



I can't find any options or permissions on the Role form that will allow me to give permission to call nlapiScheduleScript.  I checked the help and there is nothing mentioned on the nlapiScheduleScript page.

I'm stuck, need help really bad so I can get this role deployed.  Any help appreciated!
