getting error: "JavaException: java.sql.SQLException: Missing IN or OUT parameter at"

I am getting error :

JavaException: java.sql.SQLException: Missing IN or OUT parameter at index:: 1

I was able to do this before with the same code. Has anyone else seen this, or have any idea as to why this may be happening?
