Getting client data from a customer record.
I have a script that is sending an email based on a change in a customer record. One of the criteria for sending the email is that one of the clients attached to the customer record is assigned the main point of contact (custom field - custentit30). The email address of that client is also the address that the email is going to be sent to.
I am having an issue with my function and am not sure that what I want to do is possible.
Below is the function that looks for the main POC
