System notes on scheduled script
We have a scheduled script that updates a custom field on the item record. It runs once every weekday and logs a system note each time (as would be expected). This leads to a long list of system notes that really don't need to be tracked. Does anybody know of a way to prevent a system note from being logged when the system makes a change to a custom field? We are using:
