Gantt Chart

I see that Netuite allows us to create a Gantt chart from a Project.  Is there any way for us to be able to create Gantt charts on own via scripting?  We have a custom record of new vehicles we are prepping for delivery and would like to be able to visually see the delivery dates in a nice Gantt chart.  I've done some searching for outside utilities, but if Netsuite already has such a component or widget, it would be much easier to implement and stay all within Netsuite.
