Suitelet Sublist Disable Field

I have a Suitelet with a custom sublist that references a Saved Search. This Suitelet also adds checkboxes to each line to allow the user to approve or reject the line. This is then processed on Submit. The basic setup is similar to the Item Fulfilment screen where you can fulfil bulk Sales Orders.

My question is, is there a way to disable one of the available checkboxes (approve or reject) dependent on a value on the line item. For example, if the records status is approved then can i disable the approve checkbox on only that line so that it cannot be checked?
