Need Help to Restrict Search on a specific Class

We are on OneWorld, and have a Custom Budger Form.

We have Class as a field, and all users within the subsidiary have visibility to all Budgets created for all classes.

Can you provide me some sample code to restrict the Budget Search to be able to view for only the user associated with that Class?

Please advise how this can be achieved.
