Case emails - Auto select template
Hi,
We are going to start sending our support emails direct from NetSuite, but need the appearance of these to match the corporate standards we have been using in Outlook.
I know how to set up a template, but would like this to be the default every time the 'Email' button is used within a case. At present staff have to remember to select the template using the drop down every time they start a new email. I've raised a support case and been told the only way to do this is through scripting (not workflows), is anybody able to give me instructions on how to go about this?
